Very difficult to read the report on my phone. Would prefer to speak to a service rep. Otherwise, Katrina and others very helpful, professional. Also, did not like getting text from sales person as soon as I brought car in for service wanting to buy my car. Pushy sales, in poor taste.

Friendly staff and very polite. But I was basically told I would need a new engine that was going to cost me $10k or more. Took my car somewhere else and was quoted less than $1k. I felt taken advantage of. I paid almost $200 for a diagnostic test and wasn’t even given a copy of the results. Again staff was pleasant, but I feel the policy is bad

Waited 2 hours for a shuttle after dropping off my vehicle. Was unable to contact the service department through the automated system because it would go straight to voicemail. The number for the service advisor on the report was inactive. Did not receive a call once the car was completed, and arrived at the dealership at 6:35pm to the service department being completed empty and unable to pick up my vehicle.

So I purchased my vehicle from the dealership about 3 weeks ago. I brought it back 2 weeks later after having ordered a suspension lift kit, catalytic converter shield, two additional key fobs and a front engine plate. I was told the vehicle would have the work done in one day at which point I asked to be sure because I would be flying down to drop off the vehicle and making arrangements to stay the day to drive it back as I live in San Francisco. I brought it in on a Friday being told it would be done the next day. The next day I was called and told that it would not be until the coming Monday and then again I was told it would not be done until end of day Tuesday. This would not have been a problem if I was told from the beginning but it did affect my work schedule as I do run a company. The execution of the work was great, I just wish the service team would have anticipated the amount of work to do these things and allow me the time to play appropriately. Jorge Rivers

2 and a half hours for oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable with so much competition for a simple service. No car wash or vacuum at dealer rates is not great.
My attendant was out to lunch when car was ready, adding another 15 minutes when the place wasn't even busy.
I won't be back.
Q was fine overall.
