I don’t even know where to begin! Your service man crashed my car on Friday afternoon no one has reached out to me, no one has told me the list of damages, no one’s calling me back. I have now reached out to an attorney as well as filed with my insurance company. Your team advised me against filing with my own insurance. Which, by the way, I’ve since found out is illegal. I’m contacting Toyota corporate and also the Better Business Bureau. This is taking time away from my work so now I have lost wages… Not to mention the stress level… Because I don’t know if this is gonna be on Carfax… Don’t know if my cars been depreciated… And if so, by how much… Very very disappointed with this entire experience. I can say the only thing Karina did do for me was make sure I had an enterprise car. So I was not without a car. But even that came a little bit too late… Because your service man crashed my car and I had to go to enterprise to get a new car. I miss my daughters very important neurology appointment. So there’s also that. Karina advised that she wanted to “make things right” but I feel like your organization has done nothing but!

They completed the recall. I was a little surprise. It rained the night before and when I picked it up, I would’ve thought they would’ve washed it.
The other thing was when I dropped it off it was like five or 10 minutes after six so I had to use the dropbox. The guy came out of the service area and said oh I’m off the clock you’ll have to use the dropbox which was fine, but it was out of cards. I kind of thought well geez it’s only five minutes after you can’t just take the keys but no.
Seems like kind of a no-frills place. They don’t try very hard.
They fix the recall, and didn’t try to upsell me or something extra so that part was fine.
