Luis (advisor) and Blake (technician) were *very* helpful. So, my 1996 4Runner had a kinda serious brake system problem ... the hydraulic lines and system components were contaminated with something that prevented the brake fluid from being able to flow and be replaced. So .. I had another Toyota specialty shop replace the rear drum cylinders ... but that place couldn't get the brake fluid to flow correctly. I decided to have Norm Reeves Toyota diagnose and correct the problem. The technician performed a sequence of brake system clean-out flushes and then replaced two front flexible brake line hoses (likely the first replacement since 1996) and another complete brake system flush. The brakes are now the best they've been in years, I'm sure.

This experience was very frustrating. My car was with you for a week and my pick up day kept getting changed. Omar told me my car would be ready by Monday but I did not even hear from him on Monday even though I called and texted. On Tuesday, I got a text around 11 saying that my car would be ready that day. I texted and called when I got off work at 3 but received no response. I had to show up at Toyota to get any answers. Denise helped me and I really appreciated her quick action and communication but I was told that my car would not be ready until the next day. I spoke with omar on Wednesday and expressed my frustration at the lack of communication and the bait and switch with the date that my car would be ready. He told me several times to ‘relax’ which I found extremely unprofessional. He blamed the situation on me saying he tried calling but my phone went to voicemail. This has never been an issue for me at work before and he did not leave a voicemail nor did I have any missed calls. He also said that I approved a fan cleaning service which I absolutely did not. He said I discussed purchasing my battery from somewhere else and having it still be under warranty. This is a conversation we never had. I have all of my service done at your dealership. He was able to take some money off the bill but that seems to barley cover the service that I did not authorize. I never approved anything in writing because, even though I received a link to the website, nothing was ever uploaded to it. In the past, I have been able to see videos and description about my car. This time there was nothing. I also am concerned that my car was brought in 2 months ago for the same issue. They said it was fixed then so I am worried that I am going to have problems again in the next couple months.

Robert Farr went out of his way to thoroughly explain everything that was going on with my car to me. I was overwhelmed and unprepared when I initially learned about the cost of the repair, but Mr. Farr was patient and willing to work with me to ensure that my family and I can have a reliable vehicle and also provided me with options. This made the load feel lighter and because of his exemplary customer service, I was able to take a deep breath and reach out to a resource at my job to help me pay for my vehicle. I am still awaiting to hear a response back, but I am so grateful for the support that I received and will definitely recommend Norm Reeves Toyota to all of my friend’s and family. Thank you so much!

My appointment was at 9:45 AM, but it took another 17 minutes to be acknowledged. It was good to be informed at least that they were backed up and I got an apology. Later in the evening when I called to see how much it would cost to have a new fuel door that I purchased at the dealership I was on hold for 35 minutes when I finally decided to call sales using my husbands phone and was told that it was closed. I wish I was informed that prior to being transferred, I was very disappointment.

We believe 8 weeks was way too long to fix a front bumper. We were continually lied to about the progress every time we called. I was told one thing, my husband was told something different and the claims adjuster something different as well. If the dealership was truly short handed they shouldn’t have taken the car until they had the staff that could fix it at the time of drop off. To be without my car for this period of time was very disappointing and extremely unacceptably. We were told it would take 3 weeks. Had we known it was going to be 8 weeks we would have gone somewhere else. Never again will I take my car to this dealership.

Told two hours to complete work. It took four. Service advisor knew I was waiting yet “went to lunch” and neglected to notify colleagues. I noticed my truck completed alongside service lane and had to inquire. Will not return. Not with my Tundra, my Prius, my Tacoma, and won’t be purchasing our new Sienna here. My time is simply too valuable to waste here.
