Making appt was very difficult. Long times on hold on the phone. Gave up and scheduling on line resulted in no confirmation and finally after emails getting confirmation 3 hours before the appt. When I arrived they had difficulty finding the appt and despite my having finally receiving confirmation for today your records had it for tomorrow. Once this was cleared up the service went well and was fine
