Karina did her best to do service recovery, but I waited for over 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I had an appointment at 1:30pm. When I checked in I was told an 1hr and half. When I checked in on the status of my car. It was still parked where I left it and no one did anything to it. I didn’t leave until 4:20pm. Karina made sure that my car was expedited but if I never said anything my car would have sat there longer without anyone asking about why my car was there! Also I work 3rd shift and I had been up since 2am.

Yes. Omar is an excellent employee. Congratulation, Omar. As you have. almost clients do not know about technology, especiallly vehicles. We trust you and your elmployees, and we agree to pay world class costs to receive world class services ( for our vehicles). He has done a good job but services is up to technicians. He asked customer “if you are satisfactory?” but how clients know how gooo technicians worked on to answer correctly? You might not understand me totally because I do want to hurt any one.
