Had an appt today for a diagnostic look to determine if my alternator or battery needed to be replaced. Robert was very kind and let me know that the it would be completed around 1230. The appt was made for 845 am and the vehicle was dropped off at that time. I arrived back at around 1230 and discussed with Robert regarding the status of my car since I haven’t not received a text message yet. Robert was very apologetic and let me know the service center was backed up and my car hasn’t even been seen yet—4 hours past the appointment time. Unfortunately, I had an appt at 130 pm so I asked Robert to release my car and will reschedule some other day. I completely understand when there are limited staff but I wish the scheduling was reflecting that. It is disrespectful of people’s time and schedule when we make an appointment and the car hasn’t even been addressed 4 hours after. This appointment isn’t even a service appointment. It’s purely diagnostic. It discourages me to come back to this location to even get a service done when a diagnostic appt couldn’t be done in 4 hours. This makes thing difficult especially when loaner cars are no longer given. I hope this location improves their scheduling processes and take into account people’s times and schedules. I ended up going to a different location and completed my service in 1 hour even without an appointment.

Appreciate him he made sure I got a rental car so since my car wouldn’t be done the day I brought it in. Everything was completely super quickly the next day and he communicated very well about everything that was going on with my car. Very happy with the service.

Sign in process was busy / backed up / a little chaotic but after 15/20 mins for drop off got handled. Very happy with Karina! Requested services were completed. Problem: A recommended service (throttle body cleaning / service) was not communicated to me until picking up my car. I would have approved completing this service on the day… but now I need to schedule an additional appointment to have this service done, this is a waste of my time and Norm Reeves time. Perhaps a busy day… but in 7 years of service with Norm Reeves this is the only time I’ve felt the need to let you know a mistake was made. I’ll be back. Thanks for the support.

Glad your team diagnosed our Prius’ dead battery issue ( 3 dead batteries so far this year) and replaced the battery. We thought our car alarm was draining the battery but your team found our little over 2 year old AAA battery sold to us by AAA was not holding a charge. Thanks so much!
