The communication with the service department is terrible. There is no way to receive an update on your vehicle. Nobody ever answered the service department line, I left voicemails that went unanswered for days and the direct extension for my service advisor was no better. I was told I would be called when my parts arrived and never received a call. I called on two separate days and left two voicemails and no response from you. I finally had to call the operator, get the parts department myself, confirm the parts and then schedule my own appointment to have them installed. Overall, my interactions with the dealer were poor and will make me look elsewhere for service.

Appointment was not showing on your guys side even though I got several text confirmations. It took 30 mins for the service agent to get to me. Despite the fact that there were 3+ service agents standing around talking and not helping any customers. Cars that came in behind me were taken back prior to any service agent coming to help me.

Today’s repair work was an item overlooked by Norm Reese Toyota when they had my car for two days on 3/16 & 3/17/23. This overlooked item caused me not to be able to get my car smog. The Toyota team did complete the work today in record-breaking time which was a blessing. Smog certification still waiting due to scheduling issues.
