Worst oil change experience ever. We told Luis Martinez we were waiting but an hour and a half later he went to lunch transferring us to Q. We paid and waited in the rain while the car would be “pulled up”. After 15 minutes, I walked back into Service and our car hadn’t even been started.

I requested that my windshield wipers be replaced and it was not done. I am now waiting to hear from the parts department as to next steps. I realize it was an unintentional oversight but was frustrating to leave with wipers not working properly (especially since it was raining).
Generally, I have been happy with the service received over the many years I have come here.

I am not happy that I’ve now had my vehicle in twice for the same issue and just keep being told you can’t duplicate it and there’s no code in the system. It is a problem that people are talking about on the Internet. It is an occasional problem, but is very problematic as I can’t drive the car for an hour when it happens. I am also completely unhappy with the repair or lack there of to my windshield. Not sure why I paid the extra money for coverage to take care of issues with the paint and windshield.
