I’m incredibly upset with the level of service I received. First, I just want to say that loyalty means a lot to me. I think it should mean something to businesses too. Even though I had the option to visit other body shops, (which may have cost less money, been friendlier, and offered just as good of service) I decided to keep bringing my vehicle to Norm Reeves because I believed in the value I was paying for. After my most recent visit, I won’t be bringing my car back for servicing. I waited for over 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a battery change. The total cost for that work ended up well over $350 which shocked me because the tire rotation was free (since I purchased my tires at Norm Reeves 1.5 years ago). I was asked if I wanted to change the cabin and engine filters but wasn’t told the additional amount. I said yes and waited another 20 minutes. When I got to the desk the total ballooned to over $450. I was reluctant and kind of annoyed that I wasn’t told the pricing beforehand but I paid and made my way to my car. At this point I was feeling a little ripped off but relived to know (or so I thought) professionals had serviced my car. When I got to my car I looked inside and saw the glove compartment open and all of the contents spilled out and thrown all over the passenger seat and floor. At first sight it looked like someone broke into my car. I went back into the dealership and asked the agent if this was right. He barely offered an apology and his explanation was that “it must have spilled out” which is strange because whenever I open my glove box to get something nothing ever spills out of it. I feel completely disrespected. And the whole experience made me question just how professional Norm Reeves staff are. It was a horrible experience, I won’t be back.

I always am very satisfied with the maintenance of my car when I take it in to Toyota. This time my car had a funny smell and was not cleaned up as it usually is. The front seats had outside leaves and the floor Matt’s weren’t put back in place. Sometimes they clean my windshield, which I appreciate. This is the first time my car inside wasn’t as I left it.
