I have additional work to be scheduled; there are parts that are discontinued and need to be acquired by aftermarket suppliers. I await to hear back from John so we can schedule and complete the repair.

Was verbally told my service would include oil change, filter check and tire rotation. Got home and paperwork did not include tire rotation. I purchased extended service warranty with you and this was supposed to be included. I spent over 2 hours there yesterday and no I don’t want to have to come back for a service that was supposed to be done but wasn’t. Also annoyed my car service was completed but I sat in waiting area for over 30 minutes bc customer service rep was on lunch. Why? Doesn’t someone cover if someone is at lunch so your customers don’t have to wait even longer? The only reason why I didn’t have to wait was bc I approached another service rep and asked if my car was done. Which it was. I only knew bc my car synced with my phone over 30 minutes prior! Bad customer service. Bad service for not even completing what you were supposed to do! No tire rotation happened. WHY???
