This is not specifically about Mr. Q. I was quoted much higher (more than double) during my last service. I was told I needed 2 tires but quote included 4 tires. I was told
I needed rear wiper replaced which ended up about $11 but initially was quoted $168. I don’t know if this was a mistake or intentional misquote and I do not feel confident in your ability to be clear and honest.

I was told this was a recall. I've had other recalls with Toyota and other legacy makers. In all instances the flaw was corrected at the cost of the manufacturer. Advisor told me it's a recall/advisory...which is it?? If Toyota installed the wrong battery Toyota should correct it, they should not be installing incorrect parts in their vehicles.

I’ve been having my car serviced at your dealer for at least 15 years, but will be trying another dealer going forward. I had an issue with the tire pressure light and I spent at least 5 to 10 minutes explaining when I dropped the car off how important it was to have it fixed.. I realize you discontinued the shuttle service back-and-forth so I had to wait at the dealer. After about an hour and a half I received a text my car was ready and to come and pay the invoice.. my car has been put back in the parking lot and I was given zero opportunity while the car was back with the mechanic to authorize having the tire sensor fixed. Why I was not called or texted while the car was still with the mechanic to authorize having it fixed is beyond me. Instead, my car had been released to the parking lot with only an oil filter completed and when I said I wanted to have the tire air sensor replaced that meant sending the car back to the mechanic having to wait in line again instead of having a completed quickly while the car was still with the mechanic on the lift.. I feel like this was a complete disrespect of my time while I waited in the lobby for the car to be repaired. I spoke with the service manager who confirmed this was not procedure. I should have been called when the car was still with mechanic in the shop and not told about the necessary repair afterwards when the car had already been released to the parking lot for pick up. I will be trying a different dealer in the future for my next repair and that’s where I’ll be doing my car trade in as I’m getting close to wanting to get a new car. But was so upset by today’s events that I will not be using your dealer, and nobody would tell me who’s fault it was whether it was the mechanic returning the car too early or the sales person in the repair shop not calling me on time while it was still with the mechanic to have the pro repair authorized which made it even more upsetting Sincerely, John C
