The service dept did not do a good job on finding where oil leak from my Tacoma. My driveway pavement has traces of fresh oil coming from the transmission area and I see it every morning before I leave for work. Since the warranty ends in May 2023, you guys have a reason not to fix it until my warranty is over then you will charge me exorbitant fees just to fix the leak.

WORK THAT WAS SUGGESTED & DISCUSSED; Was NOT PERFORMED. Q SUGGESTED Brake Adjustments, and New Air Filter...Oil Change & Diagnose Engine Light???
I also asked about a Tune up; or other future required maintenance. HE commented: Nope your all is good..I'm comforted to know;my Trans is Fresh, and radiator Flushed...But, what about the brakes, and Air Filter.
I DID NOT recieve actual paperwork at checkin...After a few hours; and no phone call; explaining major problems; I relaxed thinking there is no MAJOR problem with engine light... however, I started thinking maybe all the papers were digitally sent. I ran into complications opening and downloading attachments. I then called Toyota...I then received a call from Q; explaining an OLD RADIATOR thermostat and hoses needed replacent @ $1900...I REFUSED
I am very grateful for The Newv Fluids...
But, communication failed.
