Robert was great. Will definitely ask for him again. Slight miscommunication with immediate attention of the car battery. I was called that vehicle was ready. I paid via website. afterwards I received the inspection and saw the car battery needed replacement as I was in my way for pick up. I went to O'Reilly's to replace upon leaving Toyota.

Only because did not honor last maintenance work on my prepaid maintenance plan I had due to taking over the car payments from deceased father so never got the full benefit of the total plan but they did give me ten percent off my oil change and tire rotation
