I was expecting my brakes to be normal but now I may have to schedule another appointment because my brakes are still not as responsive as they should be and it feels like there is a leak. Overall, not much difference from when I brought it in and spent a lot on a service that may not have been necessary.

Jessica gave great service. She listened carefully to my concerns before having the car serviced, obviously communicated with her technical team such that they were able to diagnose the problem without doing an expensive procedure, then she had all the service done that was needed, let me know about a couple of long-term needs that might be addressed but are not pressing, excepted my 15 % off coupon, and the whole bill was only $115. I appreciate that she didn’t try to add on extra charges or sell me things I don’t need yet. I will definitely ask for her in the future!
My only concern is it almost every time I try to call service to make an appointment or speak with a service writer, it’s very difficult to get through. But Jessica was great, The phone system wasn’t great and has never been at this facility.

I made an appointment and got there on time but had to wait about 40 minutes before my car was taken. I wish that the fact I took the time to make an appointment would guarantee a timely check-in.
The second thing that I find deficient is that you offer a shuttle service to take your clients home but not a pickup later. The Honda dealer across the street offers both!
Other than that, service was thorough and your staff friendly and professional.
