“Q” is the best. He has serviced our highlander since 2003. Always accommodating, cheerful, and honest. Q deserves a bonus!

Poor handoff between Holt and Rosalina and technician. I told Holt I wanted to see if some adhesive could be applied to my rear window seal - amd that I didn’t want to replace the window if the tech didn’t want to apply sealant - and my car ( and I) waited for at least an hour or two while the technician waited for a response from Holt/Rosalina on whether I wanted to replace the window. Wasn’t happy with how long I had to wait - I eventually had to ask what’s up in order to get things moving along
