My overall experience was not a good one but without Robert I wouldn’t be happy about the service. He was with me at every step while the situation was figured out. I understand the new Tundras don’t have much data behind the service but it was a hassle trying to figure out what was actually wrong with the truck.
Regardless, Robert Farr deserves the 5 star.

My only complaint is that the rattle I can hear in mybrightvrear door (possibly window frame?) Is still there. Yesterday zi could hear the rattle when I drove slowly and straight. Should I bring my car back in?
