I never got a call or anything regarding my brakes on my car after I left. The service provider was on lunch, so I asked someone else to help me. It was only supposed to take about 1hr - 1 1/2hrs. I had a appt at 1:30pm I had to be at in El Cajon CA. After 2 hrs I finally went to ask. From the sound of what I was told about my brakes they didn't recognize that my brakes were actually purchased there from Toyota. My brakes squeak so bad that it's absolutely embarrassing, not to mention aggravating since I paid so much for them and they didn't squeak prior to having them replaced. There is brake dust also that accumulates quite bad on the front brakes. I was told from another mechanic that that could be from cheap parts. The price I paid was not cheap. I would really like my issue fixed as soon as possible! Thank you for your time.. Rosemary H
