Luis is always great. What I’m having a problem with is that I only take my vehicle to this establishment. Its the only place that’s worked on the engine. I’ve now had problems with having to replace the oil pan twice if memory serves me when it shouldn’t have to be replaced ever and I certainly shouldn’t have to pay to replace it from your technicians damaging it.

Service took 2 hours longer than stated to me. All I had done was an oil change, brake check and check of my back hatch door. I took it in at 8 and didn’t receive it til 1. I was told 3 hours. I ended up just sitting in the waiting area for 1.5 hours. Rosalina was very nice and let me know she was going to lunch and said she told another person I was in the lobby waiting and that person would let me know when my car was ready. That person called me and seemed to have no idea I was in the lobby waiting. 2 hours after I paid for my car and went home, I received a text that my car was ready and I could come pick it up. Seemed like no one knew where my car actually was today. Luckily it was with me at home. Very impersonal experience today and I’ve been bringing my car here for years. Hopefully I have a better experience next time.

The JOV software update to repair a recall Toyota had for my 2010 Prius was done in March of 2019. The Check Hybrid System warning has appeared and my vehicle has lost all power while driving on the freeway three times in the last month, meaning the update needs to be done again or another solution needs to be explored to keep the drivers of the defective Toyota product safe. I was told that there were no codes found on the vehicles ECU and that nothing could be done. I have done every maintenance schedule required by the Toyota manual at the dealer since it was purchased in 2010 with 0 miles. I was more than disappointed to be denied a solution to my problem when I have done everything required by the manufacturer to keep my investment in optimal mechanical condition.
