I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, with the tire pressure light on and needing an oil change. I was never received any notice that my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I came back the next day around 9:45 am. When I was signing the paperwork I didn’t see anything mentioning about the tire pressure light. When I got my vehicle back the tire pressure light was still on and they took my car back. After further inspection there was a nail in the tire and I was told I would need 2 new tires and an alignment. It was now around 11:45am and I left Toyota. I don’t understand how my vehicle was at Toyota for almost a whole day, with the tire pressure light in my appointment notes, and it took so long to figure out what the problem was. And then when I came to pick up my car, I had to wait 2 more hours because the problems were still unresolved. I did pick up my car around 4:00pm and everything seemed to be fine, just a much larger bill than I anticipated when I scheduled my routine oil change.

Wasn’t told brakes needed for the second time. I get regular checkups and oil changes. They do inspections but I’m not told my brakes need changed I until rotors and brakes need changed which is much more expensive.Still waiting for call for explanation why this has happened again.
