Hi!! I received a phone call that my car was ready. Therefore, I proceeded to pick it up. I probably took me 30-40 min after the phone call to be at the dealer. I paid and when I got to my car, it was unlocked and the engine was on. I don’t know how long the car was on for, but I am assuming that at least the time that it took me to pick it up. I am very frustrated with this lack of care from the dealer.

Rosalina wrote on my paperwork that I requested service on the hybrid van. I never requested this service. I came in for an oil change and new wipers. You give no paperwork after check in. I had no idea this $159.99 service was being performed. I only received a call 3 hours later that my car was ready for pickup. Imagine my surprise when I saw the extra charge on my bill! Even bigger surprise when I got home a found my recept from my last service that showed I had the same fan work done at my last visit! I am calling tomorrow for a refund. I really feel like you’re scamming customers!!

She was the worst person I meet.
She tried to blame me that I am a lier. First, I called for appointments but she said that my appointment is not on the system. Second, my car is still under warranty for tire rotation but she charged me for tire rotation. Because my last service person said so.

The service is great. Luis is always awesome. What I’m not happy about is paying for an oil pan that was destroyed by one of your technicians. I’ve only taken my truck to your facility for repairs oils changes etc. Back in 2014 the oil pan was stripped and a temporary fix has now failed and I’m somehow not being charged for an oil pan that was destroyed by someone working on my vehicle. How am I responsible for that? I may not continue bringing my vehicle to your service department for regular maintenance if this is how my property and business is going to be treated.
