I was very disappointed, I was not satisfied at all, I was frustrated. He told me wait time is 2 hour but I was waiting 4 hours & this is not his first time it is my second time with the same person. I might change other place next time, I don’t think that I come to that store. I will tell all my Church members to not go to that store. I am very frustrated & disappointed. I wasn’t expect pure customer service from this big company.

When I called to schedule service I asked if there were any promotions or specials, as there usually are for oil changes. I was told there were not any deals, and the person I spoke with seemed bothered that I had even asked. When I looked on the website there was in fact a coupon for 15% off walk-ins on Wednesday. I walked in today and was not offered the discount but had to ask for it, and again it seemed like it was a bothersome request. The cost of everything continues to increase, and the attitude for the minimal 15% discount is not appreciated. Additionally, there was dirt/leaves left on the passenger seat of my car.
