They did what they were required to do.
I think they could have found out that the engine was shot before they rang up $600 in charges. Isn’t that what the $175 fee is for? The car needed the small battery replaced. When they found out that the engine was shot and it shouldn’t be started, why couldn’t they pull the new battery back out. I am planning on buying a new car this year, but I am reluctant to visit your dealership.
