Had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment and was charged $200 for a cabin filter replacement until I called and complained about the price and then they said they “made a mistake.” I wonder if they would have made me pay that if I hadn’t complain. Disappointed and surprised by the lack of customer service.

Brand new 2023 Toyota Highlander, purchased in January 2023, still reflects people sitting in middle and back row seats, who are not buckled, via pressure sensors when the car is turned on. These alarms are triggering without anyone or anything sitting in the middle or back row. Leather was recently installed on all seats inside the car. Dashboard alarms trigger sporadically which tells person driving to check the middle and backseats as seatbelts are not buckled, however they are completely empty. These false readings clear after roughly 2 minutes, however, would not assist my wife in knowing whether children are buckled up and safe. Both front seats operate correctly. Comparing the two clearly indicates an issue with the middle and back rows of seats as the front seats respond immediately with occupancy status updates I.e. someone is sitting in the seat or not sitting in the seat, and whether they are buckled.
