My heart ache is that with the work completed, I paid $150 to have the system cleared. I’m grateful that nothing was actually wrong with my vehicle however being a recurring customer, it’s quite the expense for less than an hours work.
After I left Norms, I called two local garage to see what they would have charged, I was wish I had made the calls prior because they wouldn’t have charged me for the service.
Disappointing.

Your team charged a $175 diagnostic fee to simply click a piece of the hybrid battery into place which fixed my car. I would maybe charge a diagnostic fee that is on the level of how long it took to find the error.
