When I arrived at the office to pick up my car no one looked up from their phones or computers or acknowledged my presence in any way until one of the servicemen on his way out the door told me that I could approach any of them for help. The gentleman I approached was just getting started at his computer so I didn't feel like I was interrupting him and he was very helpful.

The only thing I’d like to see improved is that when I call and leave a voicemail with a couple of questions, I’d like to get a returned phone call as requested, as opposed to a text message. My questions were not completely answered with the text message. Other than that everything was good.

I went in for an Oil change and was offered to have my air filters replaced for $435.32. That cost is an insane amount considering it costs less than $40 to purchase new air filters. The labor to replace the air filters is so minimal and that amount is extremely unfair. I’m not sure if this price was presented to me because I am a woman or if that price is presented to everyone needing air filter replacements. This seems very dishonest to charge that amount for such a simple procedure. I will think twice about taking my car in for any services at Norm Reeves Toyota

Being a new customer, I expected better service honestly. I wasn’t given any advice on where to go or what I needed to do after I dropped my car off. When I went inside to ask for help, I was either ignored or pushed away to go ask someone else. One gentleman employee l was just sitting at one of the computers on his phone and saw me waiting for his help but he just ignored me, and others just pretended not to see me. I don’t want special attention, I was just looking for a little help on being attended to since I had so many questions and am new to the process of getting my car serviced etc.
