Today, the service was very quick. It was very unexpected. I was very hesitant prior to the appointment. I had rescheduled several times because I did not like waiting for several hours many times in the past. I hope the services will be quick like today in the future.

Everyone was very helpful, however there was a piece of rubber left between the third coil and spark plug. The 1st and 4th coil were also swapped. Coming to the dealership I expect A+ service realizing that I am being taken advantage of doesn't sit well.

I have been coming to this dealership for over two years now. There are always issues with service. There has not been a time I have come in be it for an oil change, buying new tires, or back when i purchased my car where there wasn’t some issue that either inconvenienced or misled me due to misunderstandings of the staff. I could imagine that others have similar issues and would think it be in the interest of management to make changes to ensure simple services be convenient and seem routine. This past time has convinced me to not seek further service from this particular dealership.

I left multiple messages requesting an update on my car (phone and text). I didn't get an update until 5 hours after I dropped off the car, when I could speak to the advisor in person, about what the car needed done. I would have preferred a more timely update about what was needed for the car.
