Getting a hold of my service advisor andgetting updates on the status of my car was incredibly difficult. He was not communicative or seemed to prioritize the messages/questions I was sending him. Because of the lack of communication, I had to drive to the dealership and track him down in person for answers that could’ve been easily communicated over the phone or text. It was an incredibly frustrating process in general, and because of that, I would not refer anyone else to this dealership if this were to continue.
