Jessica was very friendly. She made sure to let me know everything that was going to be done with my car. she listened to my concerns and made sure to write everything down. She told me the price for myvisit which i really appreciated. Later when the job was completed, she called me, and informed me of everything that was done to my car. When i picked up the car, again she reviewed what was done and then walked me to my car. I feel the entire experience was very positive.
