Car sat in driveway for over 30 mins until I asked why my car was just sitting there. My appt was at 3pm. Then without anyone notifying me once again I had to find out where my car was this was at 4:40pm car key was on the board. I had asked the young man who checked me in can you change out my battery in my key once again that was not done and then I was told the findings in my car that need to be fixed was sent to my phone. It was not. I will not be coming here again. I will drive farther to Kearny Mesa which has superb customer service

From the initial intake to the last moment I felt that the employee did not keep me informed or communicate with me. I got the information from the mechanic on the phone and another employee who gave me my keys. I don’t think I trust this dealership the same after this.

From the moment I came to Norm Reeves to the moment I left, the customer service I received was exceptional. There was no pressure to purchase additional services, I was advised/recommended to purchase two sets of tires due to thread wear but was only able to afford two and will pay for the additional after my next paycheck, it was understood and proceeded to go through with my wishes and provided video on the report. This has by far been the best toyota dealer experience I’ve had, I just wished the bottle water was given out for free instead of charging for 1.00.
