Robert Farr was good, pleasant, easy chit chat. But I had an appointment at 8:00a, I was hat #4 and I didn't get checked in until 8:27a. Then it took another 1.5hr to get my safety inspection and authorization request to change my rear wiper blade insert. 2.5hr later my car was finally done. 4.5 hours to rotate the tires, change the oil/filter and cabin and engine filters and service the battery fan. I expected 3 hours, which is also what Robert said he expected, but the extra 1.5hr delay is a lot when you're already planning on a 3hr service. The delay in check-in and the delay in getting a tech to work on my vehicle is significant, especially since I had an appointment and was hat #4, but was serviced #11 (I paid attention to how many other vehicle/customers got processed before me). I like your staff, I like your parts dept people (its where I come to buy parts for my 2000 Land Cruiser), but KM Toyota Service Dept is definitely faster (but I do not like their parts dept people). It's possible this was a fluke or a one off situation, so I'll give your service dept another chance, but I'm really hoping that my next experience will not be as delayed because I'd rather give this dealership my business for everything (we own 3 Toyota's, 2000 Land Cruiser, 2003 Rav4 and 2015 Prius). I don't need any follow up, aside from the delays, everything was good like I expected from your staff and has been the trend since I've moved my business to your dealership.

Wait time was much faster than what I was used to, especially since I did not make an appointment. The staff was very friendly, bathrooms were clean, and I was able to find something in the shop in the back corner. The only feedback I would have would be the messaging part…it says I could message back the number that text me if I had a question and there wasn’t much of a response there. But that’s nothing to deter from otherwise great customer service.
