Service provider was a little standoffish when I first checked in and when I went to check on my car it was ready but no one had texted me so it’s unclear how long it had been ready before I checked on it.

They write me that my car is available for pick up and I have my son take me to the dealership. I notice I can’t get inside service area and go around to front. Apparently they close everything up for two hours and I was never told. I had to search for someone to get my car because my ride left. It was very frustrating. Even worse, the person helping me with my car said they would call and never did. I finally called four hours later and texted. Your customer service is horrible. I usually go to El Cajon Toyota but I didn’t have a ride home. Their customer service is amazing. Maybe you should talk to them.

Your team needs more customer service skills. I don’t appreciate been told we don’t provide loaners vehicle that we are not Lexus or Mercedes. May be you should tell us that before we bought the vehicle from Toyota!!! I was thinking about getting another car from Toyota for my son but I rather go to Mercedes or Lexus.
