Promised 2.5 hours. Ended up taking 4 hours and there was additional work identified but it was too late for me to approve it. You missed out on additional $500 of charges. I was inconvenienced and missed an important business meeting. I liked Q but he and others seemed over committed. You need to put more focus on capacity management.

I brought my car in and my serve advisor communicated with me every step of the way, which I appreciated. I also appreciated the shuttle to work, which honestly is one of the primary reason I took my car into Toyota rather than another mechanic.
My only criticism is that my appointment was at 7. I came prior to that and was second in line. They did not se the first person in line until 7:15. Don’t make 7am appointments if you’re unable to serve customers at that time!

I had an appointment scheduled for maintenance at 9am. I arrived at the dealership at around 8:50am, and I waited until 9:25am before I was assisted by the service representative who was assigned to my scheduled appointment. During this time I asked two greeters and another service rep to try to find someone else to help me out. But everyone kept saying that the service rep assigned to my appointment was on the phone and that he would be able to assist me shortly. I wasted about 30 minutes of my own workday unnecessarily waiting for him to assist me. Once he did arrive at my car, I literally had only to confirm the service that I wanted and then drag my finger across a signature field on an iPad-like device. I'm not sure I will return to this dealership for service.
