Car repair was perfect. Loaner car, to be arranged by Omar and Autumn Lopez, was a total failure. Out of my own pocket it's cost me $157 when it was advertised to me as free. I needed the car for well notified dental appointment on Friday morning. I returned the car less than 24 hours later.
Great repair; loaner car failure. I don't know what to think about that. That no one has fixed the loaner call failure after a week is unconscionable; but the car works great!

The service technician (mechanic) forgot to reset the car message light and my wife needed to come back to complete the service.
The same thing happened last service done 1 month ago by totota where the technician missed to check the flat tire message and my wife got flat tire in the middle of the road.
