I dropped off my car around 10:20am and got a message about the report via text message and website concerning my car. I responded around 11:20am. I awaited for another text message or a phone call that my car would be done any time soon, but nothing. I decided to walk around, and I found my car parked looking all finished. I had to ask the inquiry later, not meeting with the advisor at all about any more detail about my car and that I had a question with my service. Finished up at 1:00pm.

I have called twice to make sure that I am prepared for the 100,000 mile inspection. I was told about the coolant flush and engine flush and oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted a dollar amount for $338 for the service. I called twice about that and had both times the same information And the same dollar amount. When I actually got there I was told it is going to be $450. When I stated that I had a different dollar amount quoted all of a sudden there was a discount available and I paid $400 still much more than what I was quoted. Then while there they found $800 worth of additional stuff that “needs to be done“. I was told that a $400 new battery is absolutely necessary or it will die within two weeks. I’ve had a new battery just a year and a half ago and I only paid $150 for it when I asked about the price difference, I was told that it is a better quality battery. I was really disappointed! I originally spoke with a lady named Rosalie or Rosalinda. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My actual visit was a big disappointment.

I have been meaning to contact your service dept but we've been busy moving. When we picked up our car, the 2 front seats were torn open with the foam exposed. There were minor cracks in the seats with no foam showing. The cracks turned into big tears while the car was in your service dept.
