Your staff is doing their job so there’s nothing really to complain about. I’m just not enjoying taking my car for service there anymore. I’m using your service for many years now, but I feel like something happened after I bought my latest one almost two years ago. I had to drive down multiple times to the dealership for a dash cover I was promised in my purchase and never received any window shades for my truck I have been hung up on numerous times and transferred over and over and finally I got my dash cover after spending $75 in gas driving back and forth and never received my window shades! Also I was lied to and told if I applied for a Toyota credit card that it was zero APR for 18 months! Come to find out the credit card had almost a 30% apr and they mailed my statement to the wrong address and and now it has a late payment on my credit card and interest rate went over the re-edit card balance and reflected negative on all credit reporting agencies! So far my experience with Toyota dealership has been the worst experience of my life! I was told I would be comped a truck bed net and still waiting for window shades and have yet to receive neither!

I had an appointment at 7am, but waited 30 minutes before I was helped. My service advisor was able to expedite my service and move my car to the front. I was pleased that I only had to wait 1 hr to complete the maintenance.

I made an appointment for 745, I arrived at 7:40. I was not seen by a representative until 805 . During this waiting time, five other cars came through and saw representatives my car was the only one that was having a Toyota service since I bought the vehicle at your dealership. It didn’t seem like any of the other cars had bought their cars there since they supported tags from other dealerships. During my waiting time, the shuttle which I requested came and left with one of the other people who came in after me thereby causing me to incur the charge of an Uber to get me where I needed to go as I said, I requested the shuttle ride when I made my appointment , Karina, the service rep was very professional and did a great job explaining that she was with another customer but there still seems unacceptable considering that were made to make an appointment. There was 20 minutes after my appointment. I finally saw someone in my first service appointment after purchasing a new car from a dealership was less than stellar.

I did not get a good answer on the “hizzing sound” i always hear on my RAV 4 whenever i shift from reverse to park and from park to reverse. He says that’s normal. I never hear that sound before. Was there any fix or remedy for that? It’s annoying on my part to be hearing that hizzing sound already.

I made an appointment at 3pm to do regular maintenance. However, I was not checked in until past 3:30pm. Then I was told I need 2 new tires. However due to the delay, the technician only had time to complete the maintenance and replace the tires but not the realignment. So time management is an issue
