I have no issues with Luis my service writer. I do have a problem with Toyota for not having the parts necessary for my repair. It’s hard to believe that americas best selling vehicle lacks parts availability. Now I have to wait almost a month and schedule another visit to have the repair done ????????

The communication about time was not accurate. They were very busy. I prefer to know it will be several hours and plan my life around it, than expect less and wait. But overall it was fine. The work done fixed the problem. I wish I had come in sooner to get rid of the noise.

I told the service rep that my brake light was out, he confirmed. Told me he had to charge for labor, but not to worry “the labor really isn’t too much”…99.85 to replace on brake light on a 2013 Rav4, which I didn’t realize until after the fact. Haven’t felt taken advantage of being a women in a while. Definitely not coming back here.
