I can't say enough good things about Omar! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and responsive. My FJ had been sitting idle for a long while and he took a great deal of time to explain the work that was needed and the costs involved. He even found me discounts where he could. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and my truck is running like a dream :) I'll be back as needed and would highly recommend him and your team to anyone with a Toyota. -Jason

My rep, Omar, was fine and did a good job explaining things. Your use of tech and software is what doesn’t serve the customer well. The repair authorization form should NOT say requested by customer- it only confuses things. I sat on hold for 15 minutes trying to see if my car was ready. I had an appt. For 8:30, and my car wasn’t ready until 4:30. For those reasons, I will look elsewhere for service next time.
