Scheduled an appointment, however when I arrived to service line I wasn’t helped for a while. Assigned to someone but I didn’t even know who that person was because he never arrived to assist. I didn’t get updates other than a link saying my vehicle was checked in 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I waited for someone to call me or notify me about the service needed or suggested but that never happened. I texted the link sent to me and asked if my vehicle was ready and it was then when I received a message shortly that in fact it was. I went to pick up my vehicle and I was just not happy with the process and no acknowledgment from anyone until I approached a lady to ask if someone could assist. Overall I’m just disappointed because I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service at a Toyota.

Was left to sit for an hour and not notified that my car was done. The service assistant gave me a small discount at register for the inconvenience. But if I hadn’t decided to check I would have been there till closing. I came for an oil change at 2:39 and was sitting there till 4:39.

I waited in my vehicle for 15 minutes after the initial check in. After I dropped my car off, I received a text message that my vehicle was ready. I arrived and the customer service reps inside acted as if I didn’t exist. I was then asked who helped me when I dropped my vehicle off (had no idea I needed to remember this info. I was connected to the second CSR and I reminded her of my coupon I presented at drop off and was able to check out. She gave me my keys but did not let me know where my vehicle was parked. It was a very transactional experience for a $100 service.

You listen to my needs for the Prius understood completely my concerns and went over and above and told me that my tires look like it need an alignment which it did because of all the potholes in our neighborhood, I don’t need to see anymore about that. It was an up and down ride dealing with the mistakes Toyota of Simi valley made on my sequoia. We were on vacation in sd and had to take it in and be carless. Parts weren’t available and we had to stay longer than we wanted. Q came through in the clutch as well as Frank the tech. Q handled my frustrated rants and although I could tell he was not pleased, he went ahead and made sure my car was ready by closing so that myself and my baby, dog and wife did not have find a hotel to stay another night.
