I wasnt updated throughout the day about the status of my car. Also I had a 7am appointment that just required opening the engine cover and changing the valve gasket cover. I don’t understand why it took 8 hours to get this fixed. Also I asked Q for an update on my car and if it was ready. He said it was ready and then later said it wasn’t without giving me a reason or an update on what was going on behind the scenes or on my car.
