I we t to get a duplicate ignition key for a privately purchased 2006 Solara. I didn’t know it also needed to be programmed. Thinking I wouldn’t get an appointment, I asked and there was time right then. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I needed to have this done Because I was going out of town and Just in Case my son would leave the key locked in the car again, I wanted a known duplicate. Phew ????. I didn’t plan on having this expense but it was done quickly and accurately. Grateful for the service & check out.

Luis Marquez was fine, but he had to take over for the rep originally assigned to me, who dropped the ball completely by ignoring me for nearly half hour re checking in. Only after I complained was Luis told to fill in. Once I was in his hands all went well and very efficiently and courteously.

My first time changing oil today and rotating my tires , oil change $69.99 and tire rotation about $30 . I have a dent in my tire .. with that being said my tires were not rotated . So I’d like to be either refunded or go back to rotate my tires
