I came in because I had to tow my car in due to the hybrid battery going out. I spoke with Robert and he gave me and after the diagnostic, he gave me a realistic timeframe to when the car would be ready. He also took time to explain what needed to be repaired and he answered all my questions. My compliments to Robert, Jessica, and the technician who repaired my 2014 Prius C. I picked it up today and it’s running g like a dream! I’m a very happy customer and will continue to giro Norm Reeves Toyota for all my vehicle needs!

My car was towed to the service center on Sunday. I got a call on Monday to approve inspection. I was later informed that the issue was a dead battery. I called, no answer, left a voicemail and sent a text asking questions. I was concerned there was an issue with the charging system which caused the battery failure because the battery was still under warranty and died while I was driving. I never got an answer to my question. I did not get my car back until Wednesday after finally getting a response to one of the three questions I asked repeatedly because of poor customer service and lack of communication. I called several times, leaving voicemails, approving text messages, and also sending texts to repeatedly ask my questions. I got an automatically generated text saying my car was ready on Tuesday with no response to my questions. I continued to reach out and ask questions with no answers. Not once did somebody answer the phone when I called. The only time I got answers was when my husband, who is out of state for work this week, called. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will most definitely not be returning to this service center.
