Thank you for the Multi-Point inspection. I noticed there were no notes left for the suspension/steering components as I hear knocking from the underside when turning. I thought this was checked when the oil leak was looked at. Once we lifted the vehicle we noticed the Sway Bar links need replacement.

I requested when I made the appointment that they take a look at the seat warmer button to see if it’s covered under warranty. I made sure to double check when I got there as well if it was in the notes for during my service. However, when the car was done I was informed that they did not even check to see. I just wonder what is the point of adding it to my appointment and double checking when I got there? I want this button fixed as it is a hazard when I push it. I am very disappointed.
