They told me last night they had to order a part, and I decided to leave the car overnight. I was told it would be ready in the morning. At 2:00 when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called and found out the part was on backorder and wouldn't be in for 1-2 weeks. But my car was ready to go soon and they would let me know when it was ready. An hour later I called again, and then was told my car was ready. So I was without it for two days so far, and the problem isn't even resolved yet. This would be less annoying if I had only been informed earlier of the delays, without me having to call repeatedly.
