I have been a customer at Toyota for about 10 years and this is the first time I have not been happy with my service. The representative that I worked with, Omar, was rude and condescending and appeared more focused on being correct than getting my car fixed. I came in for a routine oil check with a few additional concerns about squeaking breaks and the Bluetooth connection from car to phone. I was given a very hard time about the way I was describing the Bluetooth issue. The squeaking breaks were not addressed at all and they continue to squeak even after the check up.
