I made my appointment for 7:00 am but my car wasn't taken back for service until at least 7:50 am. I don't understand why you allow people to make appointments so early if your mechanics don't arrive at work until almost an hour later.

We were told 2 hours. Luis said they were “wrapping up” just under 2 hours. Ending up taking 3 hours 10 mins. Worst experience at a Toyota dealership yet. Many employees standing around. Will not be back.

I believe someone who worked on my car changed the radio presets to a conservative Christian radio station. I did not appreciate that. At first I thought it was maybe because the battery died and the car settings reverted back to its original state or something, but it seems that then I noticed some of the presets were as I had left them and some of them had been changed (all to the same channel which featured a Christian preacher). This felt like some subtle attempt to evangelize us, but in reality it came across less as “loving your neighbor” and more as invasive, inconsiderate, and an inconvenience.

I had oil change and wheel alignment. Usually there’s paper work let me know how my wheel alignment reading was. No copies from that. Also waiting for customers no coffee,when I asked about it I got 2 different answers Tv was not working. I asked said the remote was taken home by one of the workers. I was really disappointed how customers are treated. I purchased my Toyota from you. They were more interested in buying car. Past we used to get my car washed after the service.

Q Holt airways deliver himself that’s not the problem it’s the service personnel that work on the vehicle themselves that’s the problem the break of bolts and don’t tell anyone the only way I found a broken bolt is I looked under the hood myself. All the coolant drained out of my car the only way I found it was my cool fan would not turn off The machanic at Toyota San Diego. Is problematic

I’ve explained my opinion to your Sales Manager (Mr. Ishmael) regarding the monthly payments i.e. $398.47 and asked him to lower that payment due to my monthly SSI is $963.81 more than half of it my share of rent of the apartment I live with my family. I had tried to decrease the monthly payment to $380 a month or return the car to you, but unfortunately there’s no response, bearing in mind it will last for 6 years.

Whoever took off my sticker used a knife and completely destroyed my 600$ tint on my windshield. Used a knife and scratched the hell out of it. TO TAKE OFF A STICKER THAT EASILY COMES OFF WITHOUT EVEN USING FINGERNAILS.

I requested to speak to manager in regards to service today, was told no one available. Was told service would take an hour to an hour and a half, arrived at 7 and left at 10 am with no resolution. Extremely disappointed with visit.
