Mr Q was very nice and professional. He told me before he was about to leave that someone would be taking over for him and would let me know when my car was done. I waited over 30 minutes after my car was done but I could have waited longer had I not asked about my car. I was not notified via text or my name called from the waiting room. I just want to address the lack of communication as this has happened several times to me.

Norm Reeves called me to schedule an appointment which I did a week ago. It was the first routine maintenance for my new car. Though I had an appointment, it still took over two hours to complete the service. I was waiting for it to be finished at the dealership and had to reschedule my next appointment.

Terrible From start to finish. We dropped the car off the night before and left the key in the overnight box. Got a text at 11 AM telling us we had missed the appointment. I spent an hour and a half trying to talk to someone. I got disconnected. Left messages, which were never returned and finally started pushing random buttons and talked to someone in your DMV office who was able to connect me to a real person. Denise lovingly took over and did a good job, however, no one told me you were charging $215 to diagnose what was wrong. I was happy to pay a diagnosis fee, but did not have that much money. She let me know after it was already done and lovingly took the charge off, however, that should never have happened. We have purchased four cars at your dealership and currently have four cars all Toyotas that we all have serviced at your service center. The experience of not being able to connect with a person was so bad. I am not sure I will ever be back. You need to do much much better.
