The in person service was great, Q was awesome. However, I could not be notified easily, I was unaware of my rental option (which I did need on the last day of service), my seat took days to repair and I was barely aware why (a part needed to be retrieved). I work on Coronado island and had to take 5 hours off (unpaid) to retrieve my vehicle that took several hours to install on last day. No lunch, no breakfast, just … wait and we’ll come look for you.” Next time I have a repair I will be sure to schedule unknown repairs during my vacation.

Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego is evil and scams people. I paid $179.95 for a diagnostic check yet you can’t define the problem. Then you offer an engine tear down for internal inspection for $4087.46. So I paid nearly $200 for nothing. It’s because of instances such as this that dealerships lose customers. I don’t believe you guys are too worried about as you could care less about customer satisfaction and more about greed.

There was inconsistencies with the estimate that was sent to me via a text and the amount I was charged. Not because more services were provided but because there supposedly was a glitch in the system and I was quoted incorrectly. When I checked in I asked for a paper copy of my estimate so I could look at it closely and I was told I would receive a text with the quote. When that quote was “inaccurate” I was told “oops” and that they could put my old filters back on my car if I wanted to pay less. Not very good service. If the system make a mistake, honor the mistake and fix the system.

I know waiting for my car to get serviced can take a while but the time I waited today for it to get serviced was ridiculous. I waited nearly 6 hours and 30 minutes for my car. There were other people who came after me to get their car serviced and they left before me.
