It seemed he didn't want to go further to get help for my car. He did not call me about his phone call to this vendor. I had to call him & it wasn't until I arrived at the dealership when he told me that the guy won't get there until the middle of the afternoon. I took my car & left.

I was told that my second key was ready to be picked-up, so I came in, only to find out, 45 minutes later, that you actually didn’t have my second key (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED WHEN I BOUGHT THE $50,000 CAR!!!!), and that my second key was STILL on back order. GREAT JOB!!!!!
