At the end of service, I was just told where my car was with a finger point in the general direction of where it might be parked, and “yeah it’s just over behind that wall.” Richard had no idea exactly where my car was. I went outside two separate times to find my car myself. I came back again and said I could not see my car, then Richard finally escorted me to my car. It would have been much easier for me if he came out and showed me exactly where my car was the first time. This was my first time getting my car serviced at your location. I wasted time walking all around the Toyota lot looking for my car after spending a lot of money just for an oil change. I can just take my business elsewhere if I’m not able to get service that is worth the extra money taking to a Toyota dealership.

No customer service. You had to ask around to get someone to help you and then it took over 4 hours to get a key. I had to call in to see if it was ready. Car stunk when we picked up. Left our ID in car with windows open 10 feet away from homeless taking a nap. Will use a different Toyota place for service next time

Their were 10 more miles add on my car which is a lot and they said it would take 90 mins and 90 mins passed and I asked how much longer they said 20 mins another 20 mins the. I asked someone else they did not know I had to go up to the counter to find anything else it was very disappointed
