The repair was promised for 10:18, so I waited in the lobby. Around 11:20 I saw him walk by me with his lunch. He should have let me know that there was a longer wait time. I had to hear this from another customer a hour earlier. So about 12:10, I saw my car being brought out. I waited for someone to text or call and nothing. I thought maybe he had to give me the car, so i Waited for him to get back from lunch .. at 12;38 I had to ask someone else to get it because it looked like he wasn't coming back..

I had an alignment done. After I had my vehicle serviced for an alignment at your dealership the car pulls to the right and the steering wheel is off center.

My experience up to receiving my car was good, yet I have an issue with the wheel alignment once I had a chance to drive it. The vehicle is smooth up to 70, but past that it shudders like its on a washboard road. I left a voice message for Luis at 9:30 AM and a text. At 11:30 I called the service desk and was told he was not at his desk but she'd let him know I need a callback.. At 12:48 I tried calling Luis' phone again and was routed to voice mail. This is not the first time aftercare has been poor. My last maintenance visit I had issues, called multiple times and didn't get a call back until mid-afternoon. When $$ are involved, I get an immediate response. When remedial work is necessary, I'm ignored so I went from being very pleased, to being unhappy with my Toyota experience.

I didn’t receive the package/promise that I was told when I was being encouraged to sign up for Repel Service, for the price that I’m paying I’m expecting a better service. they supposedly clean my car inside and outside and I found spot on outside, and when I told the service advisor about it she just told me that it’s not the same when you bring your car to a car wash yes it’s not the same it should be better service because I’m paying a lot of money for a good service inside was definitely look like spot clean only and the trunk was not even touched at all. I put my gauge to zero prior on checking in when I checked it out there’s a 0.7 miles on the gauge and no explanation from the service advisor. Schedule for this service is so hard and complicated because they only work certain days and time but the quality of service is not worth it at all. I work in medical field so my time is more valuable but I have to request off justify to follow their schedule time and they to bring my car and just so I can used what I paid for because I only have within 30 days to used it if not it will expire. Over all my off was waisted because I didn’t receive a worthy service from checking in to picking up my car.
